Over the past 15 years, Overload ranked among the top most important events in Romania.
Below you can find essential information on this year’s event. Please read them carefully.
Operation GHOSTS will take place in a dark forest, where narrow and steep roads will test any strategy. Two rival armies, the DRAGONS and the PANTHERS, will clash for supremacy, each using their own strengths.
The DRAGONS will march in orderly formations, relying on their discipline and military strength. Their advance will be calculated, with every step designed to dominate the terrain. However, the difficult paths will slow them down, and the constant effort will test their endurance.
In contrast, the PANTHERS will emerge from the shadows, attacking unexpectedly and disappearing with agility. They will know every hidden path and turn the terrain to their strategic advantage. Their strikes will be precise, silent, and devastating.
The forest will become a maze of survival. The echo of footsteps will betray their movements, and every rustle of leaves will signal the enemy’s approach. Ambushes will follow one after another, and the tension will rise with each confrontation.
One night, the PANTHERS will suddenly attack a DRAGONS outpost, triggering hand-to-hand combat under the cover of darkness. The DRAGONS’ response will be fierce, and the forest will echo with the sound of battle.
Neither army will give in. The rough roads and hostile terrain will keep the balance even. Operation GHOSTS will continue, turning the forest into a battlefield where only adaptability and courage will decide the victory.
But in the depths of the dark forest live Ghosts, mysterious civilians who master the secrets and resources of these lands. Almost unseen in the forest, seldom seen, these are the true ghosts of the forest. The two rival factions can only gain information and resources by collaborating with them.
Ghostrs have eyes and ears everywhere, and know everything that happens in the forest. Legend has it, they whisper and keep their faces covered most of the time. No one should try to look them in the eye. Those who have tried have paid dearly, and not lived to tell the tale.

Arrival and check-in/chrono will start on Thursday (April 30th) from 12:00 to 18.00 and continue on Friday (May 1st) from 07.30 to 10.00.
All check-in operations will close at 10:00.
The actual game-time is Friday, 01.05, at 12:00 – Sunday, 03.09, at 02:00.
