            • The jeweler – <\/b>he processes rough diamonds into cut diamonds, deals in them, and rumor has it he doesn\u2019t shy away from small-scale drug trafficking either<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              The Influence of the Cartel \u2013 Los Machetes<\/b><\/h3>\n

              Another major non-state actor is active in Kasper: the Los Machetes cartel. This organization has no political interests; it is motivated solely by profit and control over the drug trade.<\/span><\/p>\n

              The cartel already owns a plantation in the area controlled by the Panthers and enjoys their behind-the-scenes support. Their goal is to expand their operations by opening a new plantation, which would consolidate their economic influence and power in the region.<\/span><\/p>\n
