HQ staff is essential in the structure, strategy and organisation of the game.<\/div>\n
A. HQ STAFF – Volunteer 100%<\/div>\n
You are a veteran in airsoft, you like the game, but you don’t want\/can’t run through the woods anymore and you have organizational skills. We offer you the opportunity to be part of the HQ staff.<\/div>\n
You will be part of the HQ staff throughout the game and will benefit from a 100% ticket discount.<\/div>\n
Players wishing to volunteer to be part of the faction HQ are asked to send us their intention by email to staff@overload.com.ro<\/div>\n
Selected persons will be notified by the organizers and will be in direct contact with the faction HQ.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
B. HQ STAFF – Volunteer 50%<\/div>\n
You are a player and have organizational and leadership skills. You can be part of the HQ staff.<\/div>\n
They will have to be part of the HQ staff for a maximum of 10 hours during the game and will receive a 50% ticket discount.<\/div>\n
Players who wish to volunteer to be part of the faction HQ are asked to send us their intention by email to staff@overload.com.ro<\/div>\n
Selected persons will be notified by the organizers and will be in direct contact with the faction HQ. These tickets are not transferable.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

C. HQ STAFF – player<\/div>\n
As in previous years, at registration, each club must designate a number of players who will be “HQ Staff Officers” during the event.<\/div>\n
Club of 1 – 5 men = 1 man designated for HQ<\/div>\n
Club of 6 – 10 men = 2 men designated for HQ<\/div>\n
Club of 11 – 20 people and over = 3 people designated for HQ<\/div>\n
From these commanders will select the HQ command structure (X.O. + HQ 2 + HQ 3)<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
1. Job description for Deputy Commanding Officer (X.O.):<\/div>\n
– follows the plan outlined by the C.O.<\/div>\n
– communicates with position two and position three in the command structure<\/div>\n
– communicates with the organisers (ORGA)<\/div>\n
– determines missions with the deputies and transmits them to units and sub-units<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
2. Job description for HQ officer – rotation and communications:<\/div>\n
– communicates C.O. and X.O.<\/div>\n
– ensures communications between HQ and field units<\/div>\n
– works with the rotation schedule of platoons and groups<\/div>\n
– tracks field and time disposition of units – status of units\/groups; disposition to objectives; accomplishment of missions<\/div>\n
– communicates and prepares the entry and exit of units\/groups in and from the field<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

3. Job description for HQ officer – logistics:<\/div>\n
– communicates C.O. and X.O.<\/div>\n
– obtains and analyses field information on people and machines<\/div>\n
– ensures the management of machines “in range<\/div>\n
– executes orders to the organ for materials needed by troops in the field<\/div>\n
